What is your shipping Policy?
Gallery Number Nine will pay shipping costs, including insurance, to deliver flat or rolled original, or signed, limited edition artworks to addresses within the continental USA.
For large original, framed and heavy works of art, we will contact you for your shipping preferences and determine the most secure and cost appropriate options for your needs.
Shipping charges are automatically added for all open edition fine art prints as these are custom printed and shipped from our art print vendor.
For addresses outside of the continental USA, contact Debra HERE
or by phone at 845-252-6650 to determine the most efficient shipping method
and costs to safely deliver your new art.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Returns are accepted if you notify us within 3 days of receiving the art and,
only if the art is in its original condition.
We will issue a refund minus the insurance and shipping costs.
If the art is damaged in any way, we need to file an insurance claim
and will need to have the art returned to us within 7 days.
If the art is not damaged but you would prefer a different print or artwork, please contact Debra to discuss your preferences.
You are responsible for return shipping and insurance on art that you want to exchange.
Gallery Number Nine does not collect, sell, or use any personal data other than would be relevant to our art as it may be of interest to you personally (as in sending you an email).
